Q. My ISP blocks port 25 to send email, is there an alternate?
A. You can setup your email client to use port 2525 for outgoing SMTP email.
Q. What are my mail server names?
A. POP3 and SMTP servers are both mail.yourdomain.com
Q. How can I access my email remotely?
A. You can use Webmail. The address is http://webmail.yourdomain.com
Q. I have a Windows mobile smartphone with Activesync. How can I set that up for direct push?
A. In ActiveSync, choose the option to setup sync with an Exchange Server.
Use mail.yourdomain.com as the server name, uncheck the box that says to use SSL.
We currently do not have a compatible SSL certificate for use with ActiveSync Exchange.
Use the defaults for all other settings, entering your username and password where required.
New - iPhone Push Email supported! Add your email account as Microsoft Exchange and fill in
the appropriate fields as necessary. Contact us for more info or help setting up.
Q. How do I change my email and ftp password?
A. They are one in the same, sign in to webmail to reset your password.
